Proliphix Return Policy

Unopened Item Returns:

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Proliphix within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Proliphix will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Authorized returns must be shipped to the Proliphix corporate offices address, located at 234 Littleton Rd, Suite #2C, Westford, MA 01886.

Defective Item Returns

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact Proliphix Support at: support@proliphix.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Products may be returned for exchange with a Proliphix RMA number and with proof of purchase. Enclose a note explaining the symptoms of the problem, stating the RMA number, and the name, address and phone number of the company or individual contact.

Authorized returns must be shipped to the Proliphix corporate offices address, located at 234 Littleton Rd, Suite #2C, Westford, MA 01886.

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Products received without an RMA number will be subject to refusal by Proliphix.

Warranty Returns:

This Warranty Return procedure is for the return of defective items which are outside of 30 days of the original purchase but within the stated warranty period.

No merchandise may be returned for credit, exchange, or service without prior authorization from Proliphix. To obtain warranty service for Proliphix products, contact Proliphix Support at: support@proliphix.com.

Products may be returned for service with a Proliphix RMA number and with proof of purchase. Enclose a note explaining the symptoms of the problem, stating the RMA number, and the name, address and phone number of the company or individual contact.

Authorized returns must be shipped to the above-referenced Proliphix address.

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Products received without an RMA number or without shipping prepaid will be subject to refusal by Proliphix. Proliphix reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping costs on any products returned with an RMA.

Return shipping charges following repair of items under warranty shall be paid by Proliphix via standard ground carrier. In the event that repairs are found to be non-warranty, return shipping charges will be paid by the purchaser.

Refund Policy:

For either unopened returns or exchange returns, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Proliphix does not accept returns of any product missing the serial number or UPC or downloadable software products.
