Our Commitment To Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.
What Information Is Collected:
We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, improving our store, and communicating with you.
As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:
Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email Address, Phone Number, and Credit/Debit Card Information
How That Information Is Used:
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we do not sell or freely disseminate this information to others.
We do, however, want to provide sales lead information to our registered Resellers, Distributors and other channel partners solely for the purpose allowing them to respond effectively to potential customer inquiries in their territory. We will not share if you "opt out" of having your information shared with our channel partners for sales of our Products. In those cases where we do share inquiries, we will only share limited information, consisting of your name, address, e-mail address and those Product(s) of ours about which you have inquired and then our channel partners may only contact you for the limited purpose of following up on your inquiry regarding our Products. We require our channel partners to have agreed to this same privacy policy.
Otherwise we will release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply out Terms and Conditions of Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Proliphix, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include, and we will not, sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.
You may, at any time, opt out of both e-mail communications from us and/or our channel partners and having your information shared with our partners by clicking on the "I no longer wish to receive email notifications or have my information shared" link at the bottom of our Privacy Policy page on our website.
Our Commitment To The Security of Your Data:
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission for sales purposes by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
