User Community

Proliphix does not have an official user forums area, but there is a Yahoo Groups section where users post questions and share their experiences. This area is not officially moderated by Proliphix. Customers requiring direct support from Proliphix should use the contact information on this page.

API Requests

You must complete a brief request form and provide a brief description of how you intend to use the API. Proliphix will review all requests and provide the API to individuals and businesses intending to use the API in accordance to the Proliphix EULA. Use the link below to request the API currently available for our NT10e, NT20e, NT120e/h, NT130e/h, NT150e/h, NT160e/h, TM220e/h and TM250e/h Network Thermostats. We strive to make an API available for all of our Network Thermostats; however at this time an API is not available for the IMT350c/w and IMT550c/w. The IMT350/550 API will be available in the near future. Request API
