Uniphy Commercial Series

The Uniphy Commercial Series is intended for commercial applications such as food service industry, retail, schools, franchises, chain stores and other facilities where operators are looking to improve HVAC management plus monitor external and control additional equipment. The Commercial Series provides all the capabilities of the Thermal Management Series plus additional external sensor inputs (3) for independent equipment monitoring and control.

The Uniphy Thermal Management Series consists of the  IMT550c/w models. Both models support dual stage fossil fuel or heat pump (w/aux heat) HVAC systems and derive power via Ethernet or via HVAC system. Communication from the Commercial Series hardware is either Ethernet Internet connection (“c” designation) or wirelessly via WiFi Internet (“w” designation) The IMT550c/w offers relative humidity sensing and control.
